For this challenge the rules were as followed:
This month's Pushing the Envelope challenge will be tough. I've personally done a few of these in the past, but it's been several years ago. This week's challenge is an ALL BLUR fractal!!!
* Variations Allowed: Blur variations only
Let's see what you can come up with using only blur!

The type of blur that I used were blur_circle and blur_linear. It was my first time to use either of these variations and I think I understand how they can be useful. I plan on trying more with them latter on. Most of this fractal was done using post-transforms. Params upon request!
There were small color tweaks done in PSP8 b/c I'm unable to use Chaotica. Also about the title - the fractal reminded me of bubbles coming up from the ocean floor were there "might" be a volcano. Kinda out there I know but that's what I thought
