Someone that Can See

It appears that the roles haven't changed.

I know it seems that I am strong,
that I can smile when the pain arrives
but when I'm all alone, There is no one there to help
No one that I can lean on in the crowd.

The shadows are to clear
but the world is to blind.

I've never meant what I said,
I want someone
to catch me before I fall.
I just want to be held
to be someone that someone else loves with all their
heart, no matter my imperfections.

I'm not as strong as I appear
But it appears that no one has seen that yet.
